Job Summary

\tThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs an active role in nursing, as well as mentoring staff, assessing residents, communicating with staff, physicians and residents.
\tThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will serve as a resident advocate for quality clinical care.
\tThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintains confidentiality of patients, visitors, organization personnel and organization business in general.

Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience

\tLicensed Practical Nursing license in SD is required.
\tBasic Life Support and Expanded Role certifcation is mandatory within six months of employment.
\tMinimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience preferred.

Work Schedule

\tNight shifts; 72 hours every 2 weeks
\t\t6:00 pm - 6:30 am
\t\tEvery third weekend
\t\tEvery third holiday
\t\tOccasional call time

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

\t$22.75 - $31.50 per hour
