Industrial Electrician

Work in a climate-controlled facility. PEM offers excellent benefits, and the culture makes our company a perfect opportunity for career satisfaction and advancement. Industrial Electrician will install electrical distribution systems and associated electrical components on manufactured equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears.

Complete projects and record material utilized on jobs.
Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
Survey electrical systems, circuits, and plans
Listen and comprehend instructions and directions
Verify all parts are present before performing work.
Verify specifications.
Keep the work area clean.
Record inventory change sheets as needed.
Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
Accurately record time on jobs and projects.
Consistently adhere to assigned work schedule, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

Compliance with all safety rules and guidelines.

5+ years' experience in the Industrial electrical trade.

Able to work well on a team.

Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.

Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Strong Work Ethics and a Great Attitude are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $21.00 per hour
