This position supports our Fleet and Purchasingdepartments with items such as reviewing digital vehicle inspections daily,processing requisitions into PO's and sending these to the vendors, dailycommunications with our operations team, and assisting employees withpurchasing or fleet-related inquiries. Typical hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pmM-F.

- Processrequisitions into PO's and send to the appropriate vendors utilizing therequired procurement system.
- Keepingthe purchasing system current with items and pricing
- Assistingemployees with any fleet/purchasing-related questions and issues
- Completeother various fleet and purchasing-related tasks as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen andbackground check
- Ability to navigate a computer including email andMicrosoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills including phone and emailcommunication
