Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring a Marketing Event Specialist!Immerse yourself into the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding! Herrmann Ultrasonics develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations.
This technology is suitable in many industries, such as medical, electronics, food and automotive.

Requirements:
Develop and implement event plans and concepts in alignment with the marketing strategy.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation for event attendees.
Create a white glove experience for the company staff and people who attend the events The ideal candidate could design and produce promotional materials for events, including flyers, digital content, and signage following the company's brand guidelines.
Manage event budgets, ensuring that all activities are delivered within financial constraints.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote events and engage with the audience before, during, and after events.
Handle the on-site coordination of events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
