- Create blank estimate / save as from previous estimate and zero out or use template
- Review estimate items to identify needed activities and/or create new activities if necessary
- Filter estimate to view required activities only
- Input takeoff quantities onto estimate
- Make 1st pass at productions & material pricing. Material pricing to be verified in red.
- Review estimates with field input.
- Finalize productions and material pricing.
- Obtain contract / begin project startup procedures.
- Contract terms negotiated and executed
- Job number assigned.
- Insurance certificates issues
- Contract Estimate & Cost Coded Budget Upload
- POA's / SCA's issued
- SOV / Pay App setup
- Special requirements - state issues, tax exempt, Davis-Bacon, etc.
