The Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
• Restaurant Manager
• to join our Hotel management team!
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Restaurant, Room Service and the Beverage Department and will oversee the roughly 30 team members in the restaurant, restaurant to go, lobby bar and pool bar. The Restaurant Manager will report to the Director of F&B and acts as the Manager on Duty for all F&B Outlets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a high volume restaurant with 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must! If you want to take the next step and elevate your career in hospitality management, apply today!

• JOB DUTIES:
•
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and counseling of all staff members in these departments, the overall condition of the bars.
• Participates in the development of business strategies for restaurant which are aligned with the overall objectives of the hotel
• Develops and implements strategies to achieve revenue and profit goal
• Manages the operation of assigned restaurants and/or lounges
• Develops and implements strategies and practices which support team member engagement
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing team members with the training and resources they need to maximize team member engagement and deliver Can Do attitude, service and teamwork
• JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Specialized training in food and beverage service required; ServSafe, TIPS
• At least 3 years in comparable high volume food and beverage service experience preferred: 2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
