We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to be responsible for the management and execution of commercial and military ship repair contracts ranging from $1M and up to $100M in value. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with full responsibility for the successful outcome of his/her project.
• Project Manager Responsibilities* The focal point for customer interaction to manage ship repair contracts while ensuring schedule and cost are met
• Supervises project management staff
• Coordinates changes to contract to ensure timely implementation and completion
• Interfaces with vessel's stakeholders on day-to-day matters
• Project Manager Position Requirements* Must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
• Must be able to obtain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Credential to gain access to federally controlled work sites
• All candidates must submit to and pass a post-offer drug screening and background check before employment begins.
• Valid State of Hawaii drivers' license in good standing, class 3 or higher
• Candidates must have access to reliable transportation to get to work and other job sites on time for the start of shift
• Visa Sponsorship Not Available
