About the Position
Lane County Developmental Disabilities Services seeks to fill a Service Coordinator position with the Adult Residential Team. This is a very exciting opportunity to make a difference for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities!This position provides supports and services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities primarily residing in adult foster and group home settings. The position will include assessing individual needs and creating individual plans of support for each adult on their caseload. You will be a part of a strong and supportive case management team, with opportunities to collaborate with community partners in the disability, education, medical, and behavioral health fields. Regular supervision is provided including onboarding, training, and support to learn the County and State rules and regulations. We actively value using an equity lens and trauma informed principles. Ongoing support, training, and education in these areas is a strong focus in our workplace.

Lane County Developmental Disabilities Services strives to provide a responsive, cooperative lifespan delivery system of support, training, care, monitoring, protection and crisis response for persons with developmental disabilities and their families. Services are designed to maximize opportunities for self-determination and self-sufficiency.

Hybrid telework may be optional with the ability to telework 2-3 days per week depending on the needs of the Division at the time of hire.

Training:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
One year of experience of working with persons with developmental disabilities.
An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
