For more information on Develon products, visit na.develon-ce.com.What You'll DoThe Remarketing & Certified Warranty Manager will develop and establish the remarketing strategy for rebuilding plan in the Develon Heavy Equipment business.
The goal is to set a footprint of rebuilding strategy, defining best rebuilding solutions in corporate.
The incumbent is also responsible for Certified Develon equipment activity and training as well as the technical service-related initiatives of the Doosan Remarketing team.
Lead remarketing team to increase DEVELON Equipment Residual Value in the marketplaceCollaborate with lenders and dealers in end of lease returns process.
Share best practices and continuously improve lease return process among dealer and lenderAssist lenders with selling and promoting lease return machines among dealer communityDevelop dealer used wholesale online Marketplace and end user (retail) online Marketplace, drive used wholesale online Marketplace channel adoption among dealers and lendersDevelop programs and promote Dealer engagement in Remarketing sales program and Certified Warranty ProgramsTrain dealers to complete lease return inspection and Certified Warranty inspection and follow lease return processManage overall Certified compliance and training procedures, including audit Certified Warranty application, inspection, and fluid testing Collaborate with Vendors and Partners to elevate DEVELON used brand profileAnalyze Used Equipment Market and Competitor trends to continuously improve strategy and programsCreate and direct reconditioning programs and create a rebuilding strategy and program with expertise in the used machine business, direct in long term plan of rebuilding business opportunity.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation and Benefits ProgramHealth, Dental, and VisionGenerous Company 401(k) MatchFree Telehealth BenefitsVoluntary Supplemental ProgramsCareer and Skill Development SupportMake a direct impact on the success of the organizationRequirements:
What You'll Need to be SuccessfulEducation:
Bachelor's Degree preferredExperience:
5+ years of professional business experience in remarketing department and experience working with used equipment.
Experience:
5+ years' experience mechanical, parts or technical service knowledge Demonstrated exceptional marketing, branding and communication competencies.Former experience in channel/customer facing functional areas with construction equipment manufacturer or similarity to the industry.Organized with a strong sense of customer focus, priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines;Demonstrated exceptional vendor management competency.Ability to lift 50Lbs or more and climb over, on or around heavy machinery Demonstrated ability to effectively influence Field Marketers, dealers, executives, peers and direct reports.Understand a whole cycle of secondary market business with hands on experience.Collaborate and execute achievement of common objectives with other teams.Domestic travel of 50% or greater is requiredHD Hyundai Infracore North America, LLC.
