Sr. Professional Services Consultant - Unified Communications

Summary

Provides comprehensive professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, installation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients.Acts as technical lead and provides subject matter expertise and implementation guidance to clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
Develops Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations.
Provides, as subject matter expert, guidance, assistance and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions for client's business.
Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations.
Performs expert integration and customized consulting services.
Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best practices to:
Design
Plan
Implement
Validate and Test
Document
Provide Knowledge Transfer
Troubleshoot
Support
Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.
Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis' clients.
Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.
Works with Logicalis' clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.
Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities.
Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
Mentors and trains team members on working in collaborative environment.
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications

Equivalent combination accepted.

Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements 8 years of Cisco technical experience, including design, implementation, and support of Cisco Unified Communications solutions, in the following:
Cisco Core Voice/Collaboration
Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence
Cisco Emergency Responder
Cisco Expressway / Collaboration Core / Edge (Mobile/Remote Access)- MRA
Cisco Unity Connection including unified voice messaging
Legacy PBX Integration
Unified Contact Center - UCCX and UCCE
Cisco WebEx Calling (Multi-tenant and/or Dedicated Instance)
Cisco WebEx Contact Center
WebEx App (Chat / Meetings / Calling)
Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing and/or Operator Connect
Consulting background focused on Cisco Collaboration solutions and Microsoft Teams Voice
General networking background supporting and troubleshooting Cisco Telephony/Voice solutions.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
Certifications

One or more of the following: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Collaboration (CCIE Collaboration)
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Enterprise Infrastructure (CCIE Enterprise)
Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise Infrastructure (CCNP Enterprise)
Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration)

Salary Compensation Range: $99,353 to $134,127 plus bonus.
