We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager with the potential for fast-track advancement to Partnership. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, the ability to formulate recommendations, and implement solutions to complex technical issues. This role involves active participation in ongoing training to stay abreast of current technical developments.

Play a key role in business development activities.

Qualifications
5+ years of current experience in a CPA firm.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (MBA preferred).
CPA Certification.
Strong technical skills with the ability to formulate and implement solutions.
Proven ability to quickly learn and share new technical skills.
Familiarity with the firm's philosophy, reports, policies, and procedures.
Decision-making ability considering economic, political trends, and potential legislative changes.
Previous experience in staff management and training.
Excellent business development skills.
Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment and promoting work/life balance.
