Minimum Requirements
Degree/Education: Must have successfully completed all education and training requirements leading to and graduated from an accredited national, state or military equivalent school for Practical Nursing.
Certification: Basic Life Support certification.
License: Must have and maintain throughout course of contract, a current, active, valid, unrestricted license (with no limitations, stipulations or pending adverse actions) to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from a US jurisdiction.
Experience: Must have practiced as an LPN performing hands-on patient care in the inpatient clinical setting for at least 12 months within the past 24 months.
Licensure/Registration: Must have and maintain throughout course of contract, a current, active, valid, unrestricted license (with no limitations, stipulations or pending adverse actions) to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from a US jurisdiction.
Citizenship: S. citizenship.
Credentialing: Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations.
Physical Requirements: You must be on the premises to perform the job. The environment is fast-paced and multifaceted, with conditions and duties that can change quickly throughout a shift.
