ALTA IT Services is staffing a Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist to support a leading health insurance customer.
The individual is responsible for ensuring that members are accurately enrolled into the member enrollment systems in a timely manner, and according to the account contract or service agreement for complex accounts.
90% Remote 10% onsite in Owings Mills, MD 6month Contract Pay:
$20/HR Training requires 100% attendance in June-July Responsibilities:
Verify enrollment status, make changes to membership records, research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations, and other forms of enrollment events.
Enroll subscribers and dependents for all lines of business as requested via fax, U.S.
mail, and/or e-mail for complex accounts.
Identify any abnormalities in the enrollment process.
Review and reconcile daily, weekly reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure that all group enrollments are processed prior to running the monthly bill.
Requirements:
Must have experience in the healthcare industry.
Administrative experience of 2years.
Highschool Diploma.
Own equipment and vaccination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Great Written communication Skills.
Ability to work several tasks daily.
