Requirements for Position Through DRMPs College Internship Opportunity, students will gain practical experience while earning an engineering degree and exploring a potential career path in Engineering.

*Primary responsibilities include:*
* Assist in the production of preliminary and final engineering drawings for Transportation/Traffic civil engineering projects
* Prepare and check quantity tabulations
* Participate in engineering alternatives analysis by completing well-defined tasks including collecting and analyzing data, performing calculations, and evaluating the feasibility of alternate solutions
*Requirements for position:*
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelors of Science degree program in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
* Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
* Valid drivers license with approved/acceptable driving history
* 16 hours per week minimum availability on a flexible schedule
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD CADD platforms
