• We are seeking a seasoned Brand Design Lead to scale our internal creative practices while evolving Qualys' brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, including web and design systems, and will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand presence across various channels. This role is a hands-on design lead paired with strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development: Contribute as a skilled visual designer to create marketing content for websites, landing pages, emails, collateral, sales, and trade show materials. Develop creative concepts for programs to meet business goals and further the brand.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with all parts of the Qualys organization, including marketing, copy, product, development, partners, and support, to maintain a consistent brand experience and create seamless designs in an agile environment.
Project Oversight: Oversee web, digital and print design projects. Work closely with vendors and developers to ensure your designs are implemented precisely.
Design Articulation: Clearly articulate your design decisions and embrace constructive criticism as part of the design process.
Brand Evolution: Maintain and evolve our visual brand across all external communication mediums, including visual design, illustration, photography, iconography, web design, video, and print.
Mentorship: Mentor a junior designers and help the team grow.
External Partnerships: Partner with and direct external creative resources to extend our brand.
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience in visual and web design, with an emphasis on brand development and visual systems.
Experience in B2B tech strongly preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing detailed design work, including branding and identity design.
Expertise in visual design, illustration, and iconography.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or fundamental knowledge with a formal alternative educational path.
Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between design and user experience.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Annual Salary Guidelines: $120,000 - $135,000
