How you'll make an impact :
The candidate will focus on two main areas of work in connection with the company's terrestrial network real estate, whose responsibilities shall include (but not be limited to):
Operational tasks:
Manage monthly rent roll and related reporting, respond to internal and external inquiries regarding contract terms and payment questions, manage contract deadlines, and manage the everyday lease changes needed for changes in ownership
Capital tasks:
Negotiate lease amendments and new agreements in connection with the upgrade of the company's terrestrial network.
What you'll do:
Review owner/landlord proposals with advise lease negotiators and advise on lease terms Coordinate/track information between negotiators and legal, construction and engineering departments Present/discuss issues on daily status calls Track progress of project, including preparing reports:
Vendor Weekly UpdatesDaily update for morning meetings, including sites with discussion items and progress vs.
plan updatesVarious trackersReview/Approve Lease ExhibitsReview/Approve amendments and new leasesAssemble amendments and new leases along with supporting documents and enter approval package into internal approval system for routingMonitor lease deadlinesCoordinate the signature of documents and scanning and delivery of same to landlordsUpdate three databases once fully-executed Amendments are received Manage Daily Leasing IssuesManage all aspects of rent interfacesUtility issuesLandlord inquiriesUtility back paymentsHelp with payment analysesEstoppelsNotarize leases & amendments (if possible)Participate and present information in multiple daily and weekly routine meetingsWhat you'll need:
