Crowned Grace International seeks a Senior Data Analyst / Data Scientist with the Department of Defense - Veteran Transition to join our team! You will be responsible for managing and delivering a significant initiative supporting military members and their families as they transition from the military to the civilian sector.
This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.
The position of Senior Data Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful
information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
- Apply data mining, modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings and may create dynamic data reports.
- Develop statistical analysis plans and data management procedures using relational database principles, protocols, and methodology.
- Integrates and analyzes data from many sources, including resolving data problems.
- Conducts complex and detailed quantitative statistical analyses using statistical analysis software, such as SAS, to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of programs and service delivery.
- Performs quantitative statistical analyses using complex analytic methods, including multiple regression, general linear model, correlation, t-test, creating composite variables, and longitudinal analysis.
- Performs qualitative statistical analysis of extensive written comments datasets to identify themes and draw validated conclusions.
Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor degree bachelor's degree in science, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, data analytics, or other related business or a related field with at least ten years of experience from an accredited university or college.
- Strong working knowledge of transitioning military personnel and their families to civilian life and program requirements ?
- Previous experience in global projects
- Strong project management skills

- Strong leadership qualities
