The Role:
Penta is seeking an experienced, outcome-driven, and strategic communicator to join our policymaker outreach team, supporting client projects and recruitment efforts in policymaker communities around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for writing comprehensive reports, based on Pentas proprietary research and insights tools, generating timely and visually dynamic short-form content, and aligning internal resources and stakeholders to support Pentas recruitment and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Report generation:
Oversee and draft multiple, comprehensive reports based on Pentas quantitative and qualitative research.
- Content creation:
Develop high-quality content including blog posts, articles, and email copy tailored to various audiences, incorporating data-driven insights to enhance engagement and support Pentas marketing goals.
- Social media strategy:
Oversee basic social media activity, develop guiding strategies, and support multi-channel marketing.
-Website maintenance:
Periodically update online assets and upload reports, blog posts, and other content.
- Identify and develop insights:
Utilize analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities within data sets.
- Email marketing support:
Partner with team members to compose and deploy engaging email copy and strategies.
- Research:
Support policymaker research efforts by helping craft research agenda and interrupting results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, English Literature, Journalism, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of generating reports, creating compelling content, and extracting insights from data.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience engaging and conducting outreach with policymakers or legislative staff.
- Familiarity with policy and advocacy landscapes in DC, Europe, Asia, and state capitals.
- Inclination to develop new relations and assist with hosting professional events.

Location:
This position is for US-based personnel and preference will be given to applicants in Washington, DC metro areas who can be in-person in-office three days per week.
