Accountant

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
This is a hybrid role open to 2-3 days in office.The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and have a solid understanding of accounting principles.
The Accountant will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Monthly Accruals and Journal Entries:
   Compile and process monthly accruals and journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
   

2. Bank Reconciliation:
   Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data and identify any discrepancies or errors.
   

3. Post Monthly Cash Receipts:
   Record and reconcile monthly cash receipts to maintain accurate cash flow records and support financial analysis.
   

4. Prepare Monthly Account Reconciliations:
   Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
   

5. Support Accounts Payable and Vendor Master:
   Assist in managing Accounts Payable processes and maintaining the vendor master in the system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
   

6. Support External and Internal Audits:
   Collaborate with auditors during external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
   

7. Execute Ad Hoc Projects:
   Undertake special projects and initiatives as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in data analysis
