Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Responsibilities:
In this vital role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Providing direct patient care, including wound care and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Documenting patient observations and care activities accurately
- Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you should meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Compassion and dedication to patient well-being
- Excellent communication skills
