CNC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Our CNC Field Maintenance Technicians contribute to Productivity's success by keeping our customers' CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels. The customers we serve rely on the Productivity Service team to repair, inspect, and troubleshoot their metal manufacturing equipment.

• $30 - $40/hour plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviews
• Full-time - 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday - 7 AM - 4 PM - occasional overtime

• If you have formal electrical / industrial maintenance training, we can train on the maintenance of CNC equipment

• Install new CNC metalworking equipment at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues
• Identify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustments
• Read and review mechanical and electrical print diagrams and technical repair manuals

• Proven experience in an industrial maintenance role - experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Formal training in electrical systems - mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance
• Comfortable working alone and with peers
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver s license and good driving record
  
• Monday Friday - Occasional overtime - Some overnight travel (4-6 nights/month on average)

• Lots of support in the field. We have a team of technical support people in the office ready to help with technical questions in the field
• We provide a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone, as well as a company credit card for all work-related travel expenses
• We also supply a toolbox & appropriate test equipment
