Project Manager - Network

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Site Acquisition: Lead and manage the site acquisition process for telecommunications projects.
Work closely with Client systems (LMPS, Autoforms, Fieldtrac) to manage site acquisition tasks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
System Proficiency: Utilize Client systems (LMPS, Autoforms, Fieldtrac) efficiently to track and manage site acquisition activities.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Client systems.
Excel Proficiency: Use Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track project progress.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other critical project documentation.
Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage site acquisition projects from inception to completion.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
Required Skills: Site Acquisition Experience: Preferably with Client.
Familiarity with Client Systems: Proficiency in LMPS (Land Mobile Property System).
Proficiency in Autoforms.
Proficiency in Fieldtrac.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
