• In conjunction with President/COO, sets the goals of the Mountain Operations Division, establishes priorities, and ensures alignment with overall objectives of other SSRC divisions and Alterra Mountain Company
• This individual works with President/COO and the Senior Leadership Team to develop and update the five-year strategic plan for the Mountain Operations Division as well as the entire Resort.
  This includes establishing a system to monitor progress, and communicate the plan to all affected individuals inside and outside of the Mountain Operations Division, and insuring compliance with all other Divisions within SSRC and Alterra Mountain Company
• Develops and completes annual operating budgets, capital maintenance and expansion budgets; provides financial forecasts as appropriate.
