MSSP Analyst (60%)
Security Consulting Support (15%)
Administrative Support (15%)

DAY TO DAY Complete MSSP daily tasks
Communicate with customers through the ticketing system and directly, when necessary.
Assist, and in some cases, lead onboarding efforts with new clients.
Assist with migrating clients to new tools, when necessary.
Track and document ideas/process improvements mentioned in meetings.
Conduct periodic audits of security tools to ensure tools are functioning properly:
Lead the daily MSSP meeting with a proper agenda to address tickets, blockers, and ongoing projects/tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve most Level 1 support issues independently. This may include password resets, security tool installation errors, application installations, etc.
LOCATION
Denver, CO preferred but will consider applicants/skillbridge interns doing it remotely.
