Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and gentle grooming experience for pets
- Ensure all grooming requests are met on time and to the client's specifications
- Communicate effectively with pet parents before and after grooming sessions
- Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming environment
- Monitor pets' health and report any concerns to the general manager
- Passion for animals and animal care
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under various conditions and handle conflict with diplomacy
- Attention to detail and willingness to assist other departments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule
- Professional Grooming Certifications preferred but not required
- Two to four years of professional grooming experience
- Strong knowledge of breed standards and scissoring techniques
