- Project types include commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and more!

- 10+ years of experience in land development design (preferably private sector)
- Must enjoy working on various project types including but not limited to: Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Residential, etc.
- Must want to work on projects in the PA and NJ region
- Must be well versed in Civil 3D
- Must be comfortable working in a 100% remote setting (work from home)
- Preparation of grading and stormwater management designs for land development projects
- Preparation of stormwater management plans/reports as required for NPDES and E&S submissions
- Must be willing and able to mentor, guide, lead, and collaborate with other Civil Designers as well as take the lead on projects (design).
