This clinic located in Orange County, is an outpatient focused facility. With the beach, surfing, hiking, skiing, and more on your doorstep; this is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the outdoors and being close to a major city. This position comes with a $10,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance. Full time and Part Time positions are available.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Implement and modify treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and health
- Provide patient education regarding exercises, stretches, and techniques to improve function and prevent injury
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for physical therapy
- Attend relevant trainings and maintain current knowledge of physical therapy treatments, interventions, and resources
- Supervise and train physical therapy assistants or aides as needed
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or willingness to get one
- Experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
