As the Fund Formation Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the investment strategy and guiding the legal aspects of fund formation and management. Lead the structuring and formation of new investment funds, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory complianc - e.Legal Expertise:

Qualificatio
