Job Family Definition:
Partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company.
Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.) to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives (e.g., Mergers & Acquisitions).
Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business- and corporate-wide objectives.
Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies.
Has the fiduciary responsibility to represent financial results correctly both internally and externally.
Ensures strong business controls.Management Level Definition:

The role will require developing a deep understanding of Company and segments operational and financial performance.
This would require day to day communications and partnership with the segment finance, geo finance, supply chain finance, sales finance, etc.
to understand in detail the key financial and operational drivers to enable Corporate Finance functions to have a more real time insight into these segments.Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.Consults with business leaders to guide and influence long- term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope.Forecasts financial results within the broadest scope.Leads and advises on the most complex business initiatives, typically leading several analysts across multiple areas within finance and across geographies/organizations.Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.Education and Experience Required:
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.Knowledge and Skills:
