Social Impact and Sustainability Coordinator Cooley is seeking a Social Impact & Sustainability Coordinator to join the Social Impact & Sustainability (SIS) team.
Position summary: The Social Impact & Sustainability Coordinator is the centralized resource responsible for providing high-level administrative, project support and coordination for SIS initiatives. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position responsibilities:
Code department invoices and send to Accounting & Finance for processing
Prepare and maintain various PowerPoint presentations, Excel files, and Word documents for SIS team
Assist with data entry, data management, and reporting through employee giving platform, Benevity, and other tools used by the SIS team
Prepare and generate various statistical reports as directed by the SIS team
Keep all files up-to-date and organized. Ensure materials are forwarded to Information Governance Department, as needed
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned or required by the SIS team and Pro Bono Partner
Serve as point of contact to attorneys and business professionals on SIS procedures/questions
Assist with SIS department budget monitoring and annual budget planning process as needed
Handle SIS event planning and logistics
Assist SIS Director, SIS Manager and Pro Bono Partner with SIS projects and initiatives, as necessary
All other duties as assigned or required
Skills and experience:
Required :
After orientation at Cooley LLP, exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications
After orientation and training demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Access and/or other database management applications
Available to work overtime, as required
2+ years' prior administrative experience
Preferred :
Bachelor's Degree
Previous law firm experience
Previous legal secretary and/or executive assistant experience helpful
Competencies:
Professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to anticipate and identify project logistical needs and proactively support SIS team members
Ability to handle complex and fast-paced environment
Ability to speak effectively in front of an audience
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all records, files, documents and department information
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $26.00 - $38.00. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
