Reporting to the Quality Data Analyst Manager, thisposition provides support in managing and coordinating activities surroundingmanagement of data in the quality and patient safety/risk management areas.This position supports hospital in the management of performance improvement,patient safety, and error reduction activities. Additionally, this positionperforms special projects as assigned by the director and/or supervisor.
Ability to meet all job& physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or similar field preferred.
- CPHQ Certification, preferred.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and data warehouse management.
- Two or more years of experience performing quality and patient safety related clinical audits and data abstraction preferred. Must have intermediate level quantitative and analytical skills.
- Intermediate level of Excel, DAX Power BI, SQL, Word and PowerPoint required.
- Able to operate at an intermediate level clinical data management and healthcare analytics applications.
- Able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail.
- THIS POSITION IS FULLY ONSITE.
Compensation Information:
$36.47 / hourly - $36.47 / hourly
