Our esteemed banking institution is currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team in the roles of Senior New Accounts/Client Services Representative III, New Accounts/Client Services Representative III, and New Accounts/Client Services Representative II.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently open and manage both consumer and business accounts, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Actively cross-sell the bank's diverse range of products and services to meet clients' financial needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations in every interaction.
- Strictly adhere to all relevant banking regulations and policies to ensure operational compliance.
- Execute a variety of branch clerical duties with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Effectively refer clients to the appropriate internal staff and partner entities to best serve their complex banking needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a banking teller role or equivalent, demonstrating an adept understanding of banking operations.
- Demonstrated competency in opening both consumer and business banking accounts.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally in all interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software, indicating strong technical and digital literacy.
- Exemplary judgment and discretion in handling confidential information, ensuring customer trust and integrity of operations.
- For consideration at the Senior level, candidates should possess prior supervisory experience, underscoring leadership potential and operational acumen.
