Summary
Under minimal supervision, performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.

• May prepare, load and unload shipments including documentation and verification.
• Responsible for processing all material to include examination for damage, processing discrepancies, and delivery of material to stock rooms.
• Perform a variety of kitting and order functions.
• Assist in contacting carriers to pick up freight.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce future discrepancies.
• Assist with cycle count inventory.
• Your Expertise:
•
• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Computer literate and able to perform basic math.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs
• Must be able to operate a forklift and be certified
• Must be able to communicate effectively and follow procedures and instructions
• Oracle experience is an asset
• Must be US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance
