Description

This is a Full time shift working in the Dialysis Unit at Northwest Medical Center.

Functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis treatment for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse or licensed physician.

Requirements

Education:
Required:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Preferred:
Post High School vocational/specialized training in relevant field.

Experience:
Required:
One (1) year healthcare experience.

Preferred:
Clinical experience in area of expertise.

Licenses/Certifications:


Required:


American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS certification within 30 days of hire

Current Hemodialysis Certification from the National Nephrology Certification Organization (NNCO) -OR- current National Association of Nephrology Technicians (NANT).
