As a Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and comprehensive social work services to individuals and families facing various healthcare and mental health challenges. This position combines clinical expertise with counseling and advocacy skills to support clients in achieving their physical, emotional, and social well-being goals. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and promote positive outcomes.

A Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social work, behavioral or social services, or a closely related field as defined by the department head at the time of recruitment and current licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and three (3) years of full-time behavioral health work experience.

Valid driver license is required at time of application. Valid AZ driver license is required at time of appointment. The successful applicant will be subject to a 39-month DOT Motor Vehicle Record review to determine applicant's suitability to operate county vehicles in accordance with Pima County administrative procedures. Failure to obtain and maintain the required licenses and certifications shall be grounds for termination. Any offer of employment resulting from this recruitment is contingent upon Fleet Services' review and approval of the candidate's driving record.

Successful candidates will receive a post-offer, pre-employment background screening to include verification of work history, education, and criminal conviction history. - Must be independently licensed to practice in Arizona.

- Minimum three (3) years of specialized experience working in a correctional environment, delivering assessment services to a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, and diversified backgrounds.
- Direct experience interfacing with criminal justice agencies or working with the justice involved.
- Minimum three (3) years experience delivering direct care services such as group, individual, and family therapy.
