- Working with federal statutes of limitation for assessment of tax and for filing claims for refund;
- Working with federal underpayment and overpayment interest rules and federal penalty statutes;
- Conducting research in the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations and published IRS guidance including revenue procedures and revenue rulings; and,
- Drafting engagement letters to cover new projects with clients.
