Position Details:
- Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
- Predominantly PPO practice
- Comprehensive dental office
- Compensation
- 32%
- 4 days a week
- Tuesday- Friday
- 5720 W. Baseline Road #130, Laveen, AZ 85339
- Healthcare package (Medical, Dental, Vision)

- Additional CE credits and partial License and DEA reimbursement after 2 years
- Minimum of 4years of experience preferred
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
