Join the YogaSix team as a Studio General Manager, where you will oversee all studio operations to ensure top-notch customer service and a well-maintained facility. This role is crucial in driving sales, managing staff, and fostering a welcoming environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Revenue Management: Lead generation, membership sales, and retention.
Manage and grow all revenue streams, including memberships, retail, and teacher training.
Develop and execute marketing plans to acquire, retain, and engage clients.
Operations: Manage studio budget, spending, and reporting.
Handle maintenance issues, inventory, and cleanliness of the studio.
Optimize class schedules in coordination with the Studio Owner and Director of Education.
Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and mentor all studio staff.
Oversee onboarding and training of Teachers with the lead teacher's support.
Conduct regular staff meetings and participate in company-wide trainings .
Community Engagement: Participate in grassroots marketing partnerships to drive new guest traffic.
Manage social media accounts to promote studio activities and engage the community.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in retail/service or fitness sales.
Proven track record in generating and following up on leads.
Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data management and studio software.
Ability to manage multiple revenue streams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the fitness or wellness industry.
Bilingual abilities.
Familiarity with social media management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Capable of standing or sitting for up to four hours.
Ability to bend, lift (up to 30 pounds), kneel, and drive.
Comfortable climbing stairs where elevators are not available.
Good vision and hearing abilities for effective communication.
