Park Inc is looking for a high energy customer focused Assistant General Manager to assist with the management of our valet operation at a customer location in West Memphis, AR. Primary focus will be to assist in the supervision and development of team members to achieve the highest level of guest/client satisfaction.
Please note: This position requires open availability with the ability to cover 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.

Description
Park Inc is looking for a high energy customer focused Assistant General Manager to assist with the management of our valet operation at a customer location in West Memphis, AR. Primary focus will be to assist in the supervision and development of team members to achieve the highest level of guest/client satisfaction.
Please note: This position requires open availability with the ability to cover 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Work with general manager to maintain a strong working relationship with the designated site point of contact
- Train employees in the various operations of the job site, focusing on safety and customer satisfaction
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Manage staff and employee performance including employee relations, retention, training, coaching and counseling, safety, etc.
- Assist with hiring and terminations
- Engage human resources for recruiting and hiring requirements
- Ensure company equipment is properly maintained
- Assist in property damage claims management
- Conduct routine audits and "mystery shop" assessments throughout designated assigned areas
- Create and distribute schedules for staff as required
- Ensure schedule is properly communicated
- Participate in the review of daily/weekly/monthly reports including timekeeping reports
- Ensure schedule gaps are filled and shifts are full
- Review processes for efficiency and opportunities for improvement
- Handle onsite communications with customers, client and management
- Ensure compliance of established policies and procedures for both the client and the company

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced work environment, parking management preferred
- Experience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels
- Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions within assigned deadlines
- Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Must possess a valid drivers license at all times
- Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)
- This is a 7 day operation and some days we provide service 24 hours
- Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis
