Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:
Run independent clinic (UrgentOrtho Clinic)
Office / Clinic patient evaluations and education
Refer for diagnostic treatment / tests
Administer Therapeutic Injections
Evaluate x-ray, CT scan and MRI
Review lab results
Casting and splinting in clinic setting
Write scripts
Dictation
Computer literate and ability to use EHR
No call
Must also posses: Must be NCCPA-certified, or CRNP/FNP certified.
Three years previous orthopaedic experience required
Must be licensed to practice in Alabama
Physical Demands: Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfully
Constant standing and walking
Must be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areas
Constantly work at a productive pace
Must readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changes
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
