Cabin Appearance Agents are responsible for cabin cleaning operations.
CAA work in teams to achieve the highest level of service and quality to our customer airlines, including monitoring the on-time performance goals set forth by each airline operation.The CAA position is a support services position whose work routine is established and follows a set of procedures.
It generally functions under close supervisory direction or guidance of the Customer Service Reps, Supervisors, or Ramp Managers.

- Services aircraft as needed including:
- cabin cleaning
- Safe and efficient operations
- Responsible for maintaining safety and security on board aircraft at all times
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Must be a U.S.
citizen or show proof of right to work in the U.S. - Successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history and pre-employment drug test
- Language Skills:
- Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
- Good communication skills
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively one-on-one and before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Math skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Reasoning Abilities:
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram form.
Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations - Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Self-motivated team player
- Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Prior cabin cleaning experience
- High School graduate or GED
- Must be willing to work in inclement weather
- May frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds, and on occasion may lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to use hands, talk, hear, bend, stoop, kneel, and is frequently required to stand, bend and walk
- May be required to climb, sit, and balance
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus
- Usually working inside but occasionally is exposed to all types of weather conditions with a seasonal range of extreme temperatures which include rain, snow and wind
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can vary dramatically depending on location and time of day
- Occasionally high noise levels where hearing protection is required and provided
