Commercial Team Lead

We are now looking for a Team Lead for the daily steering of a cross-functional team across tactical marketing channels, web and 1:1 communication as well as commercial analytics activities. Does this sound interesting? Keep reading!

We are looking for Commercial Team Leads for the commercial teams in daily economy, liabilities and assets. The new Commercial Teams setup will be established in all countries as part of Forward'28 strategy. This will bring people working in Marketing, Communications and Commercial Excellence together in a new - cross-functional way. Your team members will still report to their respective HR managers, but you will manage the daily work of the team according to the business priorities and with the help of our commercial Kanban.

Your main responsibilities include:

Planning, prioritization and leading commercial team members with agreed activities and capacity
Acts as one-point-of-contact towards the business on this specific domain
Active dialogue towards leaders of commercial community and seeking support when needed
Owner of thematic Commercial Kanban
Provides feedback of individual members to team manager to support their growth

Desire and ability to achieve results in commercial customer journeys

We wish to find a highly motivated individual who has insight to challenge and develop the ways we do things in Danske Bank. That asks for a deep knowledge of value creation and commercial capabilities. It is important to understand what role different marketing channels play in a customer's journey. We also think that it requires the ability to innovate and convert data into concrete results. We see that our new colleague has a great interest in working in the banking and financial sector.

The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills as well as project management skills. You need to have a good understanding of the digital marketing and sales process. Other important skills include:

Customer centric mindset
Being able to motivate and inspire people
Preferably financial sector and thematic experience
Collaboration and matrix leadership skills (indirect leadership)
Fluent in Swedish and English
