Responsibilities Statement:To plan, organize and supervise all construction to be carried out in accordance with the specification, drawings, schedules, site QA/QC, safety and environmental procedure and programmed requirements and within budgeted cost levels. Qualifications / Skills/ Experience Required:
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or it's equivalent.
• 10 years experience in the construction industry.
• Sound knowledge and experience in managing construction sites.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Exposure in design & build and turnkey projects
• Self-motivated with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to cope with demanding schedule and lead/co-ordinate a multi disciplinary team.Preferred:
• Proficient Arabic.
• Previous experience in high-end iconic buildings
• Immediately available. About The Company
