At QIAGEN, you make a difference every day.Position Description - Deliver standard reports as per the agreed schedule and develop ad hoc reports as required.
• Support with the transformation of HR data into analytics solutions (i.e.:
reports and dashboards) - Ensuring quality of data used in HR reporting & analytics.
• Participate in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality.
• Support the transformation project of our current system landscape to Workday - Cooperate with internal and external auditors as well as responsibility for preparing documents for the auditors.
• Work closely with HR, IT, BI and project teams to ensure high level of support - Maintain positive relationships with customers, employees of other departments and business partners.
• Support and resolve first level escalations Position Requirements - Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in reporting or analytical role.
• Able to demonstrate advanced level of Excel - Very good level of English both written & verbal is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Workday and HR processes would be an advantage.
• Experience in building Excel, VBA applications or Office 365 work flows will be a strong asset.
Personal Requirements - High customer focus and excellent communication skills - Analytical mindset and details oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily basis.
