A Digital Product Owner (DPO) for Informatica IDMC platform and supporting infrastructure components on Microsoft Azure.
The role is a combination of team leader with a technical expert (with hands-on experience) that likes to work operationally.
The role will support the team in detailing and explaining the requirements for new capabilities or features raised by the client or other teams within the data management initiative.
DPO is the key contact person in case of escalations to the vendor and prioritizing the resolution of the issues.Digital Product Owner together with the team act as the line 2 of the support.
They jointly collaborate with the Informatica support team on resolving the platform issues.
They also support data literacy sessions to extend the awareness of the tool and its capabilities to various stakeholders.Responsibilities:
Leading a team that consists of:
3 technical experts of several modules of the platform:
Reference and Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Catalog and Marketplace, Data Integration Responsible for the quality in executing the releases across the Informatica landscape (DPO's team is responsible for the deployment execution) Responsible for the platform maturation and stability Building the roadmap for the core product capabilities which requires collaboration with various teams at Informatica:
Customer Success Managers, Escalation Managers, Product Management Supporting the design of the core capabilities of the platform and related components like access management, release management, issue management Being the main contributor to the content and leading the presentation to the management team Required knowledge / experience:
Knowledge and experience in Data Governance, Data Integration, Data Storage, Master Data Management and Data Quality (should have a sound knowledge of all remaining knowledge areas of Data Management) 3+ years of experience with various Informatica products (MDM, IDQ, IDMC, IICS, Axon, EDC) or at least 5+ years with any solution / vendor related to data management or data governance areas (Collibra, Riversand, etc.) Experience working in various positions:
architect, delivery lead or support manager (as the role requires flexibility in providing the right support to the other teams in the project) Skills:
Analytical mindset, excellent structuring skills Stakeholder communication / lead skills Can - do attitude to be part of and help drive the data transformation Our offer:
