- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in database architecture, design, and administration with Oracle and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and best practices.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and TSQL programming.
- Proficient in performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience with database security, backup, recovery, and replication strategies.
- Experience with Oracle Data Guard, SQL Server Always On, and other high availability technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
