We're seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team.
You'll support around 100 employees in New Zealand and assist a further 200 employees globally.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing IT operations, such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers, and Zoom rooms.
You'll provide technical support across the company, promptly addressing service issues and requests.
Additionally, you'll facilitate onboarding by creating new user accounts, manage equipment repairs and replacements, resolve IT issues efficiently, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitating employee onboarding by establishing new user accounts, which may involve preparing laptops and installing Windows/Mac operating systems.Coordinating the ordering and delivery of equipment to employees' homes or for office pickup.Diagnosing and resolving employee software or hardware issues promptly.Organizing the exchange or replacement of equipment as required.Managing accounts and licenses across various software applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce.Ensuring the maintenance of office infrastructure including desks, monitors, networks, WiFi, cameras, printer and Zoom rooms.Overseeing the offboarding and decommissioning of hardware and licenses.Skills and Qualifications:
