The Role
The
Area manager
is responsible for day-to-day operations of multi-site stores. You will be directly in charge of coordinating and supporting all activities, including people management, efficient allocation of manpower, monitoring of sales, customer engagement, product integrity, and ensuring optimal customer experience in all assigned stores.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing store sales profitability by creating and implementing strategic plans.
Managing all aspects of staff movement and vacation planners
Ensures all stores are staying within cost budgets
Managing all costs of goods and consistent plans to reducing costs
Works closely with training department on succession planning
Responsible of all inventory and stock movements
Overseeing the marketing efforts of the stores, including developing seasonal promotions and events that will attract new customers
Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or positive aspects that should be emphasized in future promotions
Create detailed reports on weekly and monthly reports to present to operations manager on all aspects of stores performance.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of management experience in fast casual operations
Computer literate
Related business degree or equivalent professional qualification
Person
Proven work experience as an area manager
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Excellent communicational skills
Shown leadership skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to handle all levels of employees and the highest level of professionalism when dealing with situations regarding customers
Strong analytical and decision-making skills knowledge of health and safety, security, stock, inventory management, and cash procedures
