Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to be working alongside one of our well-established property clients based in Witney who are looking to recruit a confident and highly organised Lettings & Property Co-ordinator to join their team.
The Lettings & Property Co-ordinator position will be really rounded, and together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for a growing portfolio of 400+ residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting the current team with lettings and property management tasks, acting as the first point of contact for tenants and liaising with outside letting agents, conducting routine property inspections, and closely collaborating with the in-house maintenance team to maintain really high standards alongside other administrative support tasks.
The successful Lettings & Property Co-ordinator will be looking for a role where they can take responsibility for multiple projects and join a small team who are all motivated to expand their knowledge and build their career in the sector but also this business specifically. This role would be well suited to a candidate who is hard-working and motivated to succeed but equally open to change and excited about the opportunity to work in a really successful fast-paced team.
As Lettings & Property Co-ordinator, you must have strong people skills and the ability to communicate at all levels whether that be internally or with a tenant, contractor or lettings agent. Strong organisational skills and the ability to complete work to an exceptionally high standard will also be really important in this role.

Requirements
• Experience within a Lettings or Property Management position and the ambition to find a role where you can develop your skillset over many years
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisation and administrative skills
• The ability to effectively prioritise a high-workload whilst maintaining an exceptional standard of work
• As this role will involve arranging and attending regular property visits, you must hold a Full UK driving licence
