They have an efficient team of experts with over 10 years' experience in the mortgage industry. Whether a first-time buyer, moving, re-mortgaging, adding to their property portfolio or simply taking back control of people's finances, they guide them through the process.
With access to over 70 plus lenders they compare products and offers on current exclusive mortgage deals which best suit clients requirements. They offer consultation face-to-face or over the phone, providing a flexible service.
This role will be supporting their busy, award winning team. There is an option for full-time or part-time hours on a permanent basis. If this is for you, then perhaps you should apply?
The Opportunity:
As Mortgage and Protection Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for queries from clients, lenders and conveyancers.
Some of the key responsibilities for this successful person would be but not limited to:
• Liaising with clients on a daily basis
• Progress mortgages throughout the underwriting process
• Compliance tasks
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system
• Liaising with solicitors
• General administrative duties
The Candidate:
The successful Mortgage and Protection Administrator you will be/have:
• Relevant experience of mortgage administration or financial services either in your current role or gained this experience in the last few years
• Preferably this will be working for a Mortgage Broker or Financial Services company
• We would consider candidates with 2 years of experience or a more experience individual who is looking for a change of circumstances
• Being personable with excellent communication skills would be great
• Strong organisation and administration skills are essential
• Attention to detail, methodical and thorough
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task and work to tight deadlines
They have a strong work ethic and are a close knit team who offer outstanding client service, therefore they are looking for someone with the same passionate.
